Hello
I’m planing to build a setup with dual Gopro hero 5 and record 7vs7 soccer games on a 2 meter tripod.
My PC is using a 3060Ti and I was wondering what the output quality would be. It would be nice to have some example of a best case scenario, videos or screenshots.
If my setup ends up being successful, I’m more than willing to help out with testing new features since I have a background in IT and software development (long forgotten now).
Keep up the good work!

Hi,
Welcome to the community. The software works very well with 3060Ti and you can expect very fast processing speeds, as it relies heavily on GPU.
The output quality and speed depends on multiple factors. The software stitches the two videos into a panorama, and creates a virtual camera that pans inside that panorama. The panorama is lossless, meaning it keeps every single pixel from your input videos. So if you film in 4K, the panorama will roughly be 2x4K (minus the overlap). Now for the output, you can choose anything that you’d want. For 2x4K I’d recommend 2K or 1080p out. Because the virtual camera often zooms inside the panorama. So higher output quality would be useless. You have full control over the output bitrate and resolution.
If you were asking about how do the videos look like, I will soon publish and announce everything. You can expect Veo-like results (with the video quality being much better). I’ll provide example videos, and detailed benchmarks.
Most of the code is already out in Github. Only a few days before it’s officially out.
Thanks for the interest and support
Hello
Thank you for the detailed explanation. Looking forward to playing around with V2.
